Spatial Adaptive Imaging
Transforming Microscopy for Advanced Bioimaging
Raster Adaptive Optics
Obtain brighter and sharper images when imaging deep into living tissue. Raster Adaptive Optics (RAO) is a modular extension to any microscope system. RAO increases single cell fluorescence signal strength by 2-5 folds in living mice, by negating light scattering and aberrations through automatic optimisation of depth of view and imaging quality. RAO is ideal for thick samples (50 - 200 Ī¼m in live tissue, 200 Ī¼m across air-water gaps).
-
RAO is available as an independent extension to existing Point Scanning Microscope systems. The module comes with a complete software package that allows for easy plug-and-play integration, for minimal setup. Software automation means that similarly simple use for researchers. The system is available now.
-
For labs looking for a complete solution, AbilityOptics offers a complete Olympus microscope with RAO capabilities pre-installed as well as the automation software package. This includes additional support to get users onboarded and using the system as quickly as possible. Get in touch to discuss the best option for your lab.
-
For specialised setups, AbilityOptics can provide customized solutions for individual needs, including 3-photon setups. Get in touch to discuss the best option for your lab.
Lightsheet - Spatial Intensity Contrast (SICD)
SICD is our upcoming lightsheet microscopy solution that offers unparalleled versatility by enabling adjustable contrast imaging and automated contrast optimisation for ideal imaging visibility through a compact add-on to any lightsheet microscope. The module is ideal for creating high-quality wide-field imaging for any types of sample ranging from single cell, whole spheroid, entire embryo, nematodes.
-
The SICD module is a lunchbox sized system attached to the camera port of a lightsheet microscope frame. The system is easy to install and requires no assembly.
-
The SICD module is targeted towards Olympus IX51 and IX81 frames, but is also available for custom development with other systems.
Multi-angle Computational Single-Objective Light Sheet (mcSOLS)
Our latest innovation, the upcoming mcSOLS revolutionizes lightsheet imaging with Single Image 3D imaging, offering 1000x faster 3D imaging in vs. confocal microscopy. mcSOLS is a complete imaging suite combining both hardware and software and is ideal for high-contrast imaging of dense biological samples. The system is available for now trials.
